Black Grace San Antonio Theatre reviews
Awesome concert, hot arena!
1. The venue's orientation to the sun is terrible. It shines in from 3 pm till 8:45 pm, and the canopy area is fully exposed until nightfall.
2. The ease of seating was excellent, and the staff was helpful. However, they should provide clear bags for concert shirt buyers to avoid any losses like our 1 out of 4 shirts that we purchased that night.
3. The signs for parking are unclear and temporary. There should be more details provided, as walking in the heat can be a burden. I recommend using the garage for paid parking.
4. The staff was great and very helpful, but they should issue bags for purchases. Also, allowing bottle water buyers to keep the plastic cap would prevent accidental spills like the one we experienced multiple times from the couple next to us.
5. The old performer name was replaced by 'Black Grace'.
6. Did not realize about the restriction on bags or purses; only clear ones are allowed. It would be helpful if they sold clear bags on-site to avoid surprises for women.
